The garden is planted with olive trees and surrounds the house on 3 sides. It comes complete with built in BBQ area and outdoor kitchen. On one side there is an attractive pool to cool you down on hot summer days. A large terrace with a table in the garden provides perfect alfresco dining and the garden also has a covered terrace area with seating for a more informal evening meal. There are also some lovely restaurants within walking distance of the villa too, if cooking is too much trouble...!

The location is wonderful - Zaton is a picturesque and charming little village in a bay, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the sea. It has little pebbly beaches and swimming spots, and plenty of pine trees for shade - it's really pleasant to walk along the shore or just to sit in one of the little sea-front restaurants sipping a glass of local wine! The sea in Zaton is a particularly vivid colour and Zaton was a favourite of the old Dubrovnik aristocratic families who used to holiday there.

The villa is also only 15 minutes drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik so if you get bored of lounging around the pool or bathing in the sea, and having fresh fish BBQs then you can sightsee, shop or eat in the stunning old town or take a trip to one of the near by islands.

Dubrovnik is the most well known destination on the Dubrovnik Riviera with its famous medieval walled town, but there are many other beautiful and interesting places worth a visit like Cavtat, Konavle, Mlini, the Elaphiti islands of Kolocep and Lopud, The Peljesac Peninsula, The Islands of Korcula and Mljet... Great food, stunning views and wonderful sea-side locations and beaches - this is a real gem...

• Apt A3 - 2 bedrooms big, 2 double beds, 1st floor, terrace, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, living room, has double sofa bed - bigger (contains communal eating and living area for the villa), sea view balcony,
• Apt A4 - Studio, back facing, no sea view, twin beds, 2nd floor, quite small with kitchenette, no sofabed, small kitchenette
• Apt A5 - Studio, double bed, front facing, bigger than A4, sea view, has double sofa bed, sea view balcony - shared with A6, small kitchenette
• Apt A6 - Studio, same as A5
• Apt - A7 - Studio, double bed, in the roof on the 3rd floor, windows are quite high so no real sea view, has double sofa bed, small kitchenette
• Apt A8 - Studio, same as A7
