This charming 4 bedroom villa is located in the village of Mlini, and boasts a wonderfully sculptured garden with a pool and covered seating area with sea view. It is just 10 minutes drive from the stunning Old Town of Dubrovnik and a short wander down the lane, through the beautiful pine and evergreen, to the beach. The bay is wonderful - there is a pretty sandy beach and then small bays with pebble beaches. From there you can wander along the promenade into the pretty village of Mlini where you will also find cozy restaurants, taverns and cafe bars!

Mlini is a lovely location to spend a holiday! It is a fishing village with lovely old stone houses set around its little harbour, with terracotta roofs and fishing boats. You could easily spend a week here relaxing and sipping local wine and making the most of what Mlini has to offer.  It isn’t necessary to hire a car as everything is on your doorstep!

There is a small grocery store close to the house, while a bakery, general store and metres further on there is a post office, a bank and a large supermarket. Mlini also benefits from boat trips which run to the lovely local Elaffiti Islands and also from water taxis which run to and from the old town of Dubrovnik from May to October. There are also regular bus lines to Dubrovnik or Cavtat stop close to the house.

Inside, cosy living room with a satellite TV and DVD player provides for a perfect venue in which to relax with family or friends.
