Villa Patricija is located in the pretty bay of Zaton Veliki, just 20 minutes from the centre of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Situated among lush planting and just 200 meters from the picturesque village and beach but with a good sized garden and pool, this makes for a very comfortable and relaxing base from which to explore the Dubrovnik Riviera.

The accommodation comprises rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor of the property (spiral staircase) and consists of; 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and 2 apartments with double beds and kitchen areas each. Each room is en-suite and one of the apartments has a balcony. Other rooms in the villa are unused. Each room has satellite TV, hairdryer and air conditioning, and the villa also has pc internet access for guests to use.

The owners of this villa live on the ground floor but keep themselves to themselves and are on hand in case you need anything and to maintain the pool etc. Guests have exclusive use of the garden, pool and summer kitchen/BBQ area at the side of the house. The traditional Croatian style summer kitchen is stocked with cooking facilities so you can prepare fantastic BBQs of locally caught fish each night! Table and chairs are placed next to the summer kitchen on the patio.
