Villa Belvedere is situated just 10 minutes drive from the stunning Old Town of Dubrovnik, on the hillside overlooking the Adriatic sea. The sea edge villages and bays close by are lovely place to start – try Mlini for its beaches, pretty harbour full of little colourful fishing boats, and charming restaurants serving fresh fish and local produce. Fresh fish is never hard to buy if you want to make the most of the villa BBQ – why not head to the Old Town market by the Peskarija? The enchanting cobbled streets and medieval “Stradun”; famous for its great atmosphere and polished marble plaza is magical .The Old Town harbour is the gateway to Lokrum Island too – a wonderful retreat for a Sunday afternoon – explore the botanical gardens and relax by the sea – beautiful…

The villa comprises 5 apartments of different sizes and types but the property is perfect for renting as a whole villa - the large ground floor apartment living space and terrace is a wonderful central area. The 2 ground floor apartments also adjoin, as does the first floor (balconies on the first floor are separated from but can adjoin if desired)…

Accommodation

The whole villa sleeps 12 + 7 (see below a breakdown of the beds in each apartment). The villa boasts its own 10 metre pool in case you can’t make it to the gorgeous Adriatic for a dip and also has a large, private sunbathing terrace and garden (these are shared if you are renting an apartment). Villa Belvedere is of a very good standard and always gets a high level of happy feedback from guests. Car hire is recommended to enable you to reach the nearby restaurants, shops and beaches.

Villa Facilities & Services

All apartments offer; air-conditioning/heating in the living areas and bedrooms, dishwasher, shared use of the garden and swimming pool, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, BBQ, parking and use of 3 shared mountain bikes and two “Playstation 2” games consoles available, with a selection of games.

• There are 3 mountain bikes to use free of charge.  They have been really popular with previous guests! The In-house manual will provide you with couple of routes to try…
• A local baker will stop at the villa and deliver fresh local bread in the mornings at 9.30am! This service can be pre arranged and is free of charge.
• We can also arrange that a private Chef can come to the villa and cook you a delicious 5 star meal or a Bar-B-Q grill.
• There is also a babysitting service if booked in advance. Chef and babysitting service are additionally charged.
• There is a lovely little local restaurant "Konoba Dubrava" close by in Bosanka village!

New Cable Car – Fabulous Views and Access to Dubrovnik Old Town!

We recommend you try the new cable car a short drive along from the villa which runs from May to September!  Reach the Old Town easily and be wowed by fantastic views on the way down! There is also a very nice new ‘Panorama’ restaurant at the cable car station.
