Welcome to Villa Mediterranea!

Our apartments are located in Mlini, a picturesque small town only 7 kilometers from Dubrovnik and 10 kilometers from Dubrovnik airport.

Our house is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, with a pine and evergreen forest between us and the sea. A short walk through this beautiful park takes you to a sandy beach and small bays with pebble beaches. A pleasant walk will also take you to the center of this small coastal township with many cozy restaurants, taverns and cafe bars. There is also a regular taxi boat line that will take you to the Old Port of Dubrovnik or Cavtat, while regular bus lines to Dubrovnik or Cavtat stop close to our house.

The mild and favorable climate makes Mlini an ideal choice for those wishing to arrive during low season. The colors of nature during those periods are astonishing and there are no usual tourist crowds. Numerous exiting and seaworthy destinations are waiting to be explored, perfect for a one day trip, while our comfortable accommodations await you upon returning.

In the vicinity of Villa Mediterranea there is a supermarket, bakery, general store and 600-700 meters further there is a post office, a bank and a large supermarket.

ACCOMMODATION - APARTMENTS

Villa Mediterranea offers 4 apartments for rent. All accommodation units are fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

Apartment characteristics:

    - all apartments are sea facing
    - air-conditioned
    - TV / SAT
    - fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette
    - bathrooms are with showers and not with tubes, hair-dryer
    - free secured parking right in front of the house
    - possibility to rent a boat

The apartment A (4+2, cca 50 m2) is located at the bottom floor and has its own entrance. It consists of 2 bedrooms, dinning/living room with kitchen tastefully combined together, bathroom with shower and a beautiful terrace surrounded by flowers and a grill. The sofa in the living room can be used as additional 2 beds.

The apartment B (2+1, cca 30 m2) is located at the bottom floor and has its own entrance. It consists of 1bedroom, dinning room with kitchen tastefully combined together, bathroom with shower and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The sofa in the dinning room can be used as an additional bed.

The apartment C (4+1, cca 40 m2) is located at the top floor. It consists of 2 bedrooms with sea view, dinning/living room with kitchen tastefully combined together and bathroom with shower. The sofa in the dinning room can be used as an additional bed. There are 2 terraces at your disposal.

The apartment D (2+1, cca 30 m2) is located at the top floor. It consists of 1bedroom with sea view, dinning room with kitchen tastefully combined together and bathroom with shower. The sofa in the dinning room can be used as an additional bed. There are 2 terraces at your disposal.
