Villa Topaz  is a stunning property overlooking the old town of Cavtat. A luxurious pool and terrace dominates the villa and will certainly be a place you will spend lots of your holiday should you choose to stay here! Surrounded by aromatic rosemary and lavender bushes, the garden and pool area are to die for...relax on a sun lounger and wonder at the views all the way to the old town of Dubrovnik jutting out into the sea in the distance or bubble away in the jacuzzi area of the pool - you cannot fail to relax here...

The villa is made up of 3 high standard apartments fitted out with quality Italian interiors which can be rented as a whole villa or individually. The first floor has a 1 x double bedroom apartment and 1 x 2 double bedroom apartment (both with balconies) and the top floor has a terrific 2 x double bedroom penthouse apartment which boasts stunning views from the living area. As well as a great pool, the garden also has a fabulous outdoor kitchen and plush seating area which can be used on request. The owners of the villa live on the ground floor and are around most of the time if you need to find out the best restaurants to eat in or tips on great places to visit!

Cavtat is a lovely location to spend a holiday and can cater for all your needs - fantastic local restaurants, cosy bars, and lots of water sports on offer. Boat trips are also available to nearby islands and there are many beautiful swimming spots in the bay. There's also a water taxi over to the old town of Dubrovnik and many villages to explore along the Dubrovnik Riviera.
