Vina Cottage is a perfect little home away from home for a small family or two couples. It is situated in the quiet village and bay of Soline, half way between Dubrovnik and the local airport. It faces the sea and small town of Cavtat on the other side of the bay. Large terrace with a walled barbeque offers deep shade during summer months and makes for a perfect place to have al fresco meals and spend time with your friends or loved ones enjoying the kind of serenity impossible to find in an urban area.

The house holds a dining area at the ground floor with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. First floor houses two double bedrooms and another bathroom. The property is built in an old style of building featuring this, stone covered walls keeping the interior cool and eliminating the need for air conditioning. Along with the already mentioned terrace, there is also a parking spot big enough for two or one van.

While some of the local swimming spots, a bar/restaurant (grill & pizza), and a grocery store are within walking distance, to visit other villages nearby or towns nearby you will need transportation. Car hire service is recommended and can be booked through our agency, but local bus stop is also close allowing you to visit Dubrovnik, Cavtat or other places of interest in the area. Local bus stop is also the pick up place for all the major excursions operators in case you want to explore the area or neighboring countries via organised excursions. Our office is at your disposal for information about the excursions as well as booking and delivery of the tickets.
