Villa Perla is a villa with a great view situated above the pretty little village of Stikovica just 10 minutes drive from the old town of Dubrovnik. Stikovica is an idyllic bay with a protected white pebble beach and very calm sea - perfect for swimming. It really is a relaxing place and very popular with the few who know it is there...

The villa itself is built into the cliff so views are of the bay and beyond straight out to sea. The kiwi covered terrace is perfect for enjoying the evening sunset with a BBQ and a cold glass of local wine. And you don't have to go far in the morning for a dip - make your way down the steps to the sea if you fancy, or the saltwater pool (7m X 3.5m) is just below the house and just far enough for a bit of mid day ‘exercise'...what could be better?

There's a scrummy little restaurant in the village and the picturesque villages of Mali Zaton and Zaton Veliki are 5 minutes drive away if you fancy a change of scene but of course, there is a lot to do in the general area of the Dubrovnik Riviera - the Elafiti islands are on your doorstep - kayak or boat over for a picnic of fresh fish! Or visit the beautiful the botanical gardens at Trsteno and swim in the clear water bay at the bottom...
