Description:
Fanzana is located on the south western coast of Istria in the Fazana Strait, 8km north of Pula. It is a small Port and seaside resort which is protected from sea by the Brijuni islands with a landscape dominated by pine forests. Boats leave the port for tours of the Brijuni National Park.
Main industries include: fishing, fish processing, small boat building and glass processing.
To see:Church of Our Lady of Mount Camel (14th C), 2km south of Fazana in Ribnjak cove are remains of summer mansion from 1st Century.
