Description:

Barbat is a town on the south west coast of the island of Rab, its economy is based on farming, fishing and tourism. Barbat has numerous small sandy beaches and is an attractive spot for yachting and other water sports including water skiing. The small island of Dolin runs parallel to coast.

To see: remains of Romanesque church of St Damian located on hill above town.
