Croatia Airlines re-establishes direct flights between Zagreb and Belgrade

After 21 year, Croatian Airlines is going to re-establish direct link between Croatian and Serbian capital, which was interrupted by the war.

New seasonal line Zagreb - Belgrade was announced by CEO of Croatia Airlines, Srecko Simunovic, at the recent meeting of the Star Alliance association in Addis Ababa.

Except to Belgrade, CA plans to establish a line to Moscow, this summer, and in 2014 to Sofia and St Petersburg, Eastern European destinations that have not been covered by flights of this airline.

The leaders of Serbian Jat Airways and Croatian Airlines agreed to cooperate on the establishment of flights between Zagreb and Belgrade, last February.

Last year, for the first time after the war, Croatia Airlines established the air route to Belgrade, from Dubrovnik, while JAT has already been flying between Belgrade - Pula and between Belgrade and Dubrovnik.
