Estate agent offers apartment test runs

Estate agents in Split have come up with an original marketing tool to help prop up sales in the credit crunch - letting potential buyers have a free test period in the property.
Sretne Kuce property agency from Split has called for potential clients to spend few days for free in the newly and high quality built building in Split.
"We wanted them to test it before buying. We'll let them live in the apartments few days for free before they decide to buy it," said agency spokeswoman Kata Barac.
The agency won an exclusive contract with the investor before they launched the original marketing idea.
"The high quality building has been our advantage but also the price of 1,900 Euros per square metre that makes it all a dream to come through," she said.
The action of offering free testing living in the apartments is planned to start in May. Potential buyers first need to apply in the estate agents office.
