Croat chef cooks up winning dish

Croat chef Tomislav Hruban beat all his rivals to take "The Golden Balkan Cook" award in Belgrade last week.
Cooks from Cyprus, Greece, Turkey, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro and Romania, took part in the competition, said Varazdin.info website.
Hruban's mouthwatering menu served up a sea bass and salmon starter, followed by beef stuffed with goose liver and white chocolate pudding as the dessert.
Hruban, a Zagreb Westin hotel chef, also won last year's Croatia's top chef competition.
