Many Croats want to change jobs

Many Croats are considering job changes during this year of financial crisis.
Around 83 per cent of 658 people who recently responded to questions on "Moj Posao" (My Job) website said they wanted to change jobs but were still looking for new ones, and 11 per cent said they did not.
Around six per cent have already found a new job. They said they had decided to use the crisis as an opportunity to start their own companies.
The people who responded to the questions cited reduced income, the excessively-high expectations of their bosses, stress and lack of challenge as the reasons for their desire to change jobs.
Many of them also said they believed their employers had been using the crisis as a pretext for violating workers' rights.
