Merkur, the Slovene market leader for technical products for domestic and industrial applications, has opened its biggest Croatian centre in Varazdin.The company has invested 20 million Euros in the centre, which covers 20,000 square metres.
The centre has 14,600 square metres of interior space, an outside garden area, 530 parking places and 70 employees.
It has around 35,000 products for home improvement and furnishing and garden and work rooms on offer.
The Varazdin centre is Merkur's ninth in Croatia. The company is planning to open three more centres in Zagreb, Rijeka and Split.
