Gastronomical exhibition on Hvar Island

Description:

The second annual gastronomical exhibition was held on Saturday in the city of Stari Grad on Hvar Island.
The exhibition was organised by the Croatian Association of Chefs of the Mediterranean and European Regions and the Hvar city gastronomy association.
The exhibition featured an organized cooking competition in which 11 restaurants took part. Each restaurant had to prepare dishes in three categories: starter, main dish and dessert.
The winner was the restaurant Galerija Ljubic, with Kod barba Luke in second place and Stari  mlin in third.
