Motorcyclist from Croatia to enter Guinness Book of Records

13 August 2009

Description:

Damir Kovacic rode his motorcycle around the Grobnik racing piste in western Croatia for 1,725.55 kilometres in 24 hours.
That's better than the old record of 1,508 kilometres in 24 hours in the Guinness Book of Records, news website Index has reported.
"I've been reading the Guinness Book of Records and used to ask myself why people allowed their nails to grow for 10 years just to enter it, but then I did something similar linked to travel and motorcycles, my two big loves", Kovacic said.
