Oldest Croatian passed away

Kata Cavic from Stari Grad - Paklenica who celebrated her 107th birthday on 7th of November, passed away last night in Zadar.

The Zadarski List (local daily newspaper) wrote that Grandma Cavic never complained about anything, even though her life was hard. She lost her sight 35 years ago, she was widowed at the age of 40, while pregnant with the last of her 7 children. She even outlived 4 of her children and 2 of her grandchildren!

Her health had visibly worsened since her last birthday.
