The retail price of fuel sold at INA service stations increased by an average of 0.50 kunas or 0.068 Euros a litre today, the largest increase this year.State petroleum company INA's retail prices went up between 7.3 and 13.5 per cent.
The new price of Eurosuper is 7.99 kunas per litre, up from 7.44 kunas.
The new price of Super 95 is 7.90 kunas per litre, up from 7.36 kunas.
The new price of Eurodiesel is 7.23 kunas per litre, and the price of regular diesel is 7.07 kunas a litre.
The price of heating oil is 4.49 kunas, up from 4.00 kunas, and the price of blue diesel used in the fishing and farming sectors is 4.12 kunas, up from 3.63.
The Croatian media are asking why INA has raised prices at a time when the price of crude oil is relatively low on the world market.
