The first Croatian Jurassic Park has been opened in Porec in Istria.The park has eight mobile dinosaurs that sound like real ones. The dinosaurs are 16 to 24 metres long, and three small ones are for children who want to ride them.
The daily Jutarnji list has reported that the Croatian Jurassic Park is the second in Europe. The first one was opened in Poland.
The park will have a children's playroom by the end of the month and a theatre and ships and trains at a later date.
The park has an area of 40,000 square metres and cost 1.2 million Euros. It is a joint project of one Croatian and two German companies.
The park will be open the entire year.
