Real-estate auction to be held in Zagreb

The first property auction in Croatia will be organized by real-estate website CentarNekretnina.net and the firm "Aukcija nekretnina" (Real Estate Auction).
The auction will take place at 11am tomorrow at Hotel Antunovic in Zagreb.
More than 50 properties including residences and office buildings will be up for purchase.
CentarNekretnina and the firm "Aukcija nekretnina" began cooperating in June with the aim  of "waking up" the Croatian real-estate market, which has significantly declined in the last few months.
They said there was great interest in the auction among potential buyers and sellers and that auctions were transparent, fast and effective ways of buying and selling real-estate.
On website CentarNekretnina.net, people will be able to monitor all real-estate offers at the auction.
