Christmas Clubbing in Zagreb

Christmas is only a few days away.. In case you didn't know, Christmas is a day when families spend most of the time together in Croatia but also the night of old friends coming back to their hometowns and these naturally means good parties!

Here is a review of events that are going on in Zagreb the following few nights:

HEMINGWAY BAR

Hemingway is promising traditional Christmas Eve party on 24th with great party atmosphere, discounted drinks and great DJ music.

Another party is going on in Hemingway on the 26th (Saturday). Hemingway's resident DJ Joe2Shine and his guests – 11 member brass band Bojan Ristic Orchestra are promising never heard before crossover between house music and traditional brass rhythms.

AQUARIUS

Aquarius is promising a mix of rare grooves, dub, drum n' base and other broken beats on Christmas Eve by DJ Carlito and his guests.

Christmas itself is reserved for lovers of old disco on one floor and reggae, dub, jungle and rap on the other. One of the most famous and influential Croatian rappers Edo Maajka is hosting his own event „Edo's Christmas Kitchen“ on one floor. First part of the evening will be hosted by his friends Roots in Session and Baga Sound System playing reggae, dub and jungle hits. They will be followed by Edo Maajka himself, as well as Frankie and Kandžija.

PIRANHA

Another famous club on Jarun lake is hosting a Xmass Special party on the 24th. Guest DJ is Miss Poison Ivy – German R'nB DJ known for her good looks as well as her Djing skills. Poison Ivy will be accompanied by the resident DJ's Zrna and Oli Dobolli and world famous hostesses Angels and Santa girls.

SHAMBALLA

Shamballa's main event will be on Friday 25th when they are hosting world famous voice of house scene and house icon for the last two decades – Barbara Tucker. Barbara worked with artists such as Pet Shop Boys, David Guetta, Moby and many others and also works as writer, choreographer and promoter. Performance with a live band is a guaranteed hot party!

THE BEST

If you're up for some Croatian music and atmosphere don't miss The Best discothèque on Jarun lake on Friday 25th. Famous Croatian group Magazin is promising a spectacular live concert!
