When you enter, skip the inside dining room and go straight to the terrace, which opens to the sea. By day your table is the best place to catch a cool breeze, and by night you'll have an unobstructed view of the water and the city lights. Fosa is a local favorite for its well-prepared fish dishes. There are other choices, too, like the omelet with smoked ham.
