Sumica is an upscale restaurant with one of the most romantic atmospheres of any restaurant in Split and serves some of the most pristinely fresh seafood in town. Choose the house specialty of tagliatelle with scampi and salmon, and pair it with a bottle from Sumica's excellent cellar. You can dine under pines on the outdoor terrace or in the slightly formal but airy dining room. Either way, Sumica is a good but pricey choice if you want something special.
