Description:

The Restaurant Jugo is located on the well-known Uvala Baluni next to the ACI Marina. There is a magnificent view from the restaurant of the marina and the historic center of Split. The interior of the restaurant is further enhanced with an aquarium, and most important for gourmands, a stone oven in which dishes in a pot (ispod peke) and grilled meats are prepared. Dalmatian singing groups known as klapa periodically perform in the restaurant, which was also chosen by Croatian singing legend Oliver Dragojević for the promotion of his most recent CD.
In the dining room and on the spacious terrace guests can be comfortably seated, and various events and celebrations can also be organized. The kitched is primarily oriented to fish, and the specialty of the restaurant is angler fish in "Jugo"sauce. Guests can also choose from about 80 outstanding wines.
